Who We Are
Nature Ubuntu is a venture for nature aimed at holistic prosperity of people and the natural environments they exist in. We are grounded on the ancestral wisdom of African Ubuntu philosophy, and we infuse the wisdom of nature in our work through sustainable and biophilic design practices.
Ubuntu philosophy is translated as I am because you are, and through this way of thinking, we recognize that nature is not just an external resource, but a living system that is intrinsically interconnected and interdependent. The thriving of humanity is inseparable from the thriving the natural environment.
Biophilic and sustainable design practices also guide our work in creating spaces that nurture the relationship between the built and natural environments, while reducing environmental impact. We implement natural materials, organic forms, natural heating, cooling, and lighting, closed cycle waste management, ecological protection, and such approaches that integrate and protect the natural environment.
